I hereby authorized, the city of Philadelphia, to withhold from my pay the sum of $10.00 per month as dues payable to: S.A.L.E.A. (SPANISH AMERICAN LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSOCIATION). The money may be paid to the Treasurer of S.A.L.E.A. This power and authority is revocable by me, in writing, at any time and at my pleasure, and shall not under any circumstances be construed as an assignment to the order of any interest in the pay, partial or otherwise, nor shall said order have any right or interest whatsoever of any kind in any monies so withheld, nor right to claim same or any part thereof until said monies are actually paid over. I have executed this wage deduction authorization voluntarily without any coercion, or intimidation.
